Players surround you to protest, coaches complain from the bench and the crowd boos every mistake. Every decision changes how players, coaches and fans react to you.VAR: CHECK THE BIG CALLSTake your seat in the VAR room, rewind the incident and study it from several cameras. Recommend a review, draw the offside line and help the referee get the big decisions right.RUN THE LINEFollow the last defender along the touchline as the assistant referee. Raise the flag for offsides and throw-ins, and signal the fouls the referee can't see.BE THE FOURTH OFFICIALControl the technical area from the halfway line: hold up the substitution board, show the added time and keep both benches in check.PLAY IN FIRST PERSONFeel every pass, dribble and shot from inside the action.
